Lovely new hotel with a fun, open lobby that has a little game area. Nice workout room and well appointed rooms. But super high end, but great value for the money.
The stay was good! However the next morning as I was packing up to leave a tall man in a plaid shirt knocked once and within one second (I was right next to the door) he had already used his key and opened up the door as far as the extra metal latch would allow. I was alone and in the bathroom. It could have been bad. Use your extra lock!
Third time staying at a Tru and it continues to not disappoint. Very great value with Hilton customer service and quality. Family and I will continue to use Tru.
Nice clean place. Great staff. Bag breakfast needs to go away. Room was small and cramped.
I wished I never had to write a review like this as I am a Diamond member. I stayed in this Tru many times and wanted to overlook some of the details. This time I found our a blood stained bed sheet and asked someone to change it. FD person agreed to send a housekeeper to change, when I returned the same day nothing was changed and I called to change my room. Person who came and help me to change the room insured me that GM and Mgr would call me about the lack of interest. I checked out today and no one ever called me as promised. Place has Hilton issued signed encouraging guests to sanitize their hands but no sanitizers in the dispensers. Totally disappointing experience especially from Hilton brand.
