If you're wondering why the water in the shower is not draining this is why....nMy first time taking a shower and water wasn't draining i moved the metal part and saw this... not only that room was dirty as well when i got it..
The rooms are exactly what we need and the service was top notch.. we asked to have breakfast put aside for us for our late 1pm check out.. we checked out 30min later not bothered at all with little packs waiting for us.. the suites are like luxury suites, kitchen is huuuuuge.. layout is perfect, the bathroom is stylish and the couch so comfortable, I recommend this for long term stay as well as short term stay..
I wish I could give it more stars. First class. Gym is excellent too. Rooms are big and gave everything you need. Far nicer than my first apartment!
Nice place. Newer than most we have stayed in and very spacious inside room with kitchenette. Warm and cozy for weary travelers.nClose to many different restaurants and freeway, but not noisy. Service good and parking was lit well and felt safe parking there.nBreakfast was a on-the-go bag, but still a good snack for the road.
This location did not have rooms available for my stay on this trip - even with that said the staff here are truly AMAZING And are the #1 reason I choose this hotel for every stay they can squeeze me in. They could have told me they had no availability when I called and went about their day. BUT instead they helped get a room secured for me at the new location on north university, made sure my early check in was accommodated, then even after check out when the new location had accidentally charged me for additional nights - the staff Lubbock south location again went out of their way to get to the bottom of my issue and assist me in resolving it! They go above, beyond, backwards and sideways hahaha. All while maintaining the best attitudes and with clear and true pleasure and pride in the jobs they do! You guys rock! Thanks so much for continuing to be THE BEST HOTEL IN LUBBOCK!
