Currently here. My family and I have stayed here a few times, and it is always clean with very friendly staff. If booking online, it's helpful to know that you have to call the front desk and make reservations for a time slot to use the pool. This was not mentioned on the website when booking, and I only found out after calling to confirm my room reservation. Before arrival, I reserved a slot on the first and second day of our stay; however, our names were not written down for the second day. The front desk offered us a complimentary late checkout so that my daughter could swim one more time before leaving. Covid precautions can be a nuisance anywhere, but offering grace and understanding to the employees goes a very long way. They are doing their best to follow guidelines while ensuring a positive experience for their guests.

I love my Holiday Inn Express Hotels! The staff are always 5⭐ men and women and the rooms are always between a 4 and 5⭐ for me. I rarely have problems booking, room problems, and I have yet to have a staff problem. As a member of IHG I tend to turn to Holiday Inn Express Hotels alot in travels and they never let me down. I suggest looking this hotel up if you're in the Lubbock area you won't be disappointed. Happy Travels ud83dude0e

Was told we would have access to the indoor pool and now they say door is broken? And can't even get my kids to sleep because it is so loud and even had someone try my door I will not stay at this holiday in or trust hotels.com cuz they wait a week to refund

Ask for 1st floor, got 2nd. Room #227, hvac didn't work, fan wobbled as if it would take off. TV wouldn't turn off. Taxes went up $3.00 from 12/2020 until 02/2021. Machine wouldn't accept our debit or credit cards. But the little gal at desk was extremely nice and helpful.
