The facility and accommodations are very nice. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable....But the staff... They are absolutely next level. Extremely helpful, thoughtful, hardworking, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I highly recommend!
All in all hotel was great. They are going through reconstruction. 4 stars because the pool was close due to renovations and the conference room was also under reconstruction.
Drove 600 miles to come to my moms funeral. Called Holyday inn web and booked a room for wife and I and 2 dogs. Man says he has to call and verify pets.. comes back on phone and says yes dog friendly.. at the hotel They tell me there site lies to me and they are not pet friendly but will have to pay for pets a second time.. this place is tore up. Nasty. Room smelt musky when we came in. Don't waste your money here. The Gateway is a better and more friendly and is no more all up
It’s a nice hotel, especially for Graham, TX. But don’t expect a receipt for your stay. I’ve checked out on Friday morning the last two weeks and still have not gotten an emailed receipt for either stay. Good luck filing my expense report this month, eh? Also, don’t expect daily room service, they don’t provide it.
Great place to stay even with a major renovation going on , the enviroment is so welcoming and rooms are big, clean and comfortable . Thank you Graham team !!
