Love staying at Best Western. Very nice place and our room was great. My only complaint was the bed. They usually have the most comfortable beds but this room we were in, the bed felt like a mattress from the old days with springs.

Pulling in the landscaping and outside of the hotel look very nice. My room was very clean and nice size. The front desk staff could havenused some customer service skills. They were not friendly at all and acted as if it was a bother to help me. However I did run into the maintenance guy, Scott, he was very nice and helpful. Scott would make a great Manager. He should be running the hotel instead of the front desk people. He is much nicer and eager to help.

Sorry for the late review.... just realized I had not left one. My sister and I stayed here for thirteen nights in December and found Best Western Graham to be exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay while in the area. Although in a busy part of town, the motel was very quiet... no issues at all with noise, either from other guests or road traffic. The room was clean and comfortable, room service excellent, the breakfast area was well stocked, and all staff members were first-rate. We expected the lobby area to show evidence of reconstruction, but the do-over there was complete... a classy place to relax. We found coffee was available at all hours, even when coming in late at night (urn up front, not in the breakfast area). The cost of our stay was VERY reasonable. Any requests or questions we had regarding anything were taken care of immediately. We both want to thank Roy and everyone else we met (Sorry we can't remember names), for making our extended stay an enjoyable one.

I stayed about 2 weeks ago and I was so impressed with two of your employees so much I had to share with you. Scotty and Terry Compton helped with air conditioning. As you know, how hot it was they fixed it right away. I travel all the time and never comment. Due to the extra measures that these two gentleman took and what I witnessed th is has to be recognized. The pool was clean ! It was like staying at a 5 star hotel with two star price thanks to their commitment to service.
