Rooms are fairly clean not bad but customer service is not so good. Had an issue with them on my last stay, it took them 2 hours to return my $100 deposit because it suddenly went missing. Other than that I believe they can do better specially on their prices. A bit too high for the quality of their customer service.
The place is cheap but dirty. Thank Goodness I brought my own cleaning supplies. I had a king room on bottom floor at the end which was quiet. Once cleaned it wasnt bad..
Looks nice on the outside. No so good in the rooms. Offers airport shuttle but one was not available early in the morning. You have to schedule it, I guess?
Great hotel! Stayed for five days, FREE shuttle ( could have saved 250 in taxi costs) and great customer service from the majority of the staff. Recommend for budget cost, location near stores, and no bed bugs. all other hotels with in price I checked had bed bugs.
Cheap but not the best looking staff was great
