I just needed somewhere to lay my head after a very long commute. This was the 5th motel/hotel and they were the most helpful. Since I was somewhere that I had never been, I was a little nervous. Even when I went to check out the employees were very kind and friendly. Thank you La Hacienda employees. I was able to rest some.
Always a very relaxing and affordable hotel. The GM/owner Mr Ken is very interested in making my stay a comfortable time. They expanded the truck parking. But I suggest you bring your bobtail. Hope you folks do stop in and support this hotel with your hard earn money. Your dollars helping independent hotel owners like GM/owner Ken improve your stay that much more. Safe travels.
Dirtiest room I have seen in my life dead bed bugs on the floor,Dead roaches. Couch in the room is dirtier than one you could see thrown on the curbside out off meth producing trailer.One word discussing I have left room without even trying to get refunded.
Rented 2 rooms for our family. room 116 and 117 may 8th 2020 and both rooms had bed bugs like crazy it was disgusting!! we went and ask for our money back and they refused to do so. called the cops and still didnt want to. one of the officers said he had visited that same room due to the same incident on a recent complaint.
Had book a room. Was charged but had to pay cash cuz managers are not informative with the staff or front desk. Had a court appointment in which i requested a wake-up call and did not get up on time until i heard my own alarm 1hr later,,ud83dude12 .room was ok. But dresser was broken then later was refunded my cash $$ payment since manager foynd out my card was charged.. so glad for that.,but i had to call front desk found out ,ud83dude21.
