If I could leave a negative star I would . As a person with a disability you would expect the hotel to be honest about electrical issues since my device needs ELECTRICITY! Have tried to reach the hotel manager to no avail , the lady at the front desk could care less . I understand texas is cold right now but EVERY other place in this city has power . This hotel flat out lied to me now I'm sleeping in my vehicle so I can make sure my medical device stays charged
Great decor.....nFirst time in a long time for a hot breakfast....or any breakfast at all......
Clean rooms and the front desk guy was really nice and friendly. Definitely staying there again.
I was in Laredo for 2 weeks on business, and I have no regrets after choosing this hotel. In the end every hotel can offer a bed and a TV, but beyond that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. SO helpful, and so kind.nnI can fully recommend the Fairfield, and will definitely put them at the top of the list in Laredo.
Friendly and professional staff, rooms are cozy , clean and have recently been renovated. Only thing needed in the room was a microwave.
