My family and myself where visiting Laredo for a few days and booked a room here at Homewood Suites of Laredo. Since day one, it was an amazing stay. I was checked in by Vivi, the front desk agent, and I must say, Vivi showed professionalism of the highest level. She made sure our room was perfect and told us that she was there to make sure our stay was incredible. Breakfast and the afternoon's happy hour were fantastic. Once we checked out, Ruben was at the front desk and was courteous and professional and asked about our stay, which I then said, it was an incredible stay and would definitely return and stay at Homewood Suites. Thanks to the entire staff, and big thank you to Vivi and Ruben, you all rock!!!
The staff at Homewood Suites hit a grand slam homerun with my stay. The entire staff was amazing and courteous. The breakfast and happy hour were fantastic. Also, Vivi, the front desk agent was awesome, her professionalism while checking in was great. Also Vivi, greeted me with a smile and right there I knew I was going to have a great stay here. Also when I checked out, I had the pleasure of meeting Ruben, the Manager, he was also great and very courteous. I know where to stay next time I am in town. Thank you Vivi, Ruben and the entire staff for an awesome stay!!!!
Stayed at many hotels in the past, and all have found a way to make my stay not the best, well Homewood Suites Laredo and the entire staff made my stay fantastic! From getting checked in, which Ruben was courteous and very professional and making me feel welcomed, to when it was time to leave, it was amazing. Checking out was swift and was assisted by Vivi, who was professional and courteous. Next time that I happen to be in town, I will definitely stay here again, great job Homewood Suites Laredo Staff!!!
In my profession, I travel a lot and stay at different hotels and some of those places have a joke of staff members and service. Well let me tell you something, the entire staff of Homewood Suites Laredo was not a joke, the entire staff here was amazing and very professional. The room was perfect, the breakfast was awesome. Desiree was there in the morning in the breakfast area and was very attentive, helpful and all around a great staff member. Huge shout out to Vivi, the front desk agent, she was very professional, attentive, helpful and paid attention to details. Thank you Homewood Suites Laredo for an amazing stay and thanks to Vivi and Desiree, you both are awesome!!!!
I have been here since last year and this hotel feels like home, very central, The dining room staff is lovely. Front desk agents whom I see a lot more is one of the girls I believe her name is Vivi and the guys Ruben, always doing more than anyone when my mail is late or when I’m expecting mail they let me know. Very clean rooms. Staff are always available for help. After an exhausting day it is always fun to return to the hotel. Very much appreciated for all your help and kindness.
