They checked me into an unmade room,then moved me to a room where the toilet was stopped up,and there was no toilet paper,after 25 minutes and my dinner was cold, I could use the restroom,then the TV doesn't work, the maintenance guy came and spent 10 minutes getting that workiy, this motel is anything but professional or comfortable

My family and I said here in a couple times after we moved to Vernon in 2017. We was in the process of working and trying to find a place to live. The owner put us across from the office/lobby or where they lived. The male owner would watch us come and go. Always asking questions about my sister being there. She lived with us. She had to stay with friends there some nights because he would get mad if she said too long. I always took out our trashes. One night I was alone in the room. Singing. He tried to walk in on me. I was in pajamas. He didn’t knock. Just tried to walk in on me.
