Stayed here for a month while I completed a bathroom remodel. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There is also a great daily breakfast, laundry on site, and private fridge and microwave. Great hotel for the price. I will definitely stay here again for my upcoming jobs. The internet is fast and free and I had no issues working online or streaming movies

Very nice owners, they were so kind to us after our car broke down in Vernon. It was a terrible day with an awful experience down the road at the Budget Host Inn with an extremely rude owner. Thank God we changed hotels on Expedia and ended up at the Hotel Vernon. Kind people, very helpful, and the room felt like home. We travel a lot between Florida and Colorado and this will be our new go to spot for a night!!!! Thank you from the r bottom of our hearts for your kindness and hospitality.

Haven't even spent a night here yet and my time has already been beyond unsatisfactory. I tried to get an early check in this morning and I was told nothing would be available until 11am. I had no issues with that, however, when I tried to check in at 11am I was told there wasn't an available room and I should come back in another hour. I got lunch and returned at 12 and was able to check into a room but not the one I had reserved. I wanted a one king bedroom and I was given a one queen bedroom. Not a big deal bit I was already annoyed after driving 9 hour straight to get here. In addition to not get the room I requested, I was told that the room wasn't clean so I would have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Almost an hour passes and my room is still not ready.

Phenomenal customer service! Fair prices for longer term stays. 5 minutes away from WGH, Walmart and a gas station. Big rooms, big beds, big TVs with over 100 channels, desk to work at, strong wifi, washer and dryer, everything you could need when working away from home. The owners are exceptional at making sure all your needs are met and that you have a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Vernon.
