Had to stop here due to the snow storm. Luckily we got a room. I wish I can remember her name, but she was extremely friendly and nice when checking in. Absolutely loved the breakfast in the morning. And the lady checking us out was just as sweet and nice as the first one. Everyone was covid compliant and wearing a mask. Would definitely stay here again.
One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was helpful and hospitable. The hotel has everything from breakfast to a state of the moment gym. Jacuzzi and pool included!
Room was nice and clean or so I hope.... My complaint is the lack of masks. We were the only guests wearing masks and the hotel hosted a happy hour where not one of the 25+ people wore masks or social distancing. No masks in elevators, hallways ect. So if the hotel isn't enforcing it it makes you wonder if the rooms are as clean they seem on surface. Unfortunately, I have to travel for work but will be skipping this Hampton Inn on my way home.
Amazing experience! Tremendously better than the Lonestar Inn! Only thing is Lonestar has super fast wifi and hampton inn has about as terrible wifi as it comes.
Very clean comfortable environment. The morning breakfast staff could use some customer service training.
