They were very hospitable and went far above and beyond for us. I was in a moment of crisis and had to check out HPURS late. They were understand and accommodating, even refusing to accept the extra money I offered them.
This place is undergoing remodeling and it's noticeable. This is a concern for many reasons. However, I'll skip the details as the photos will self explain it.nRooms are fair, but room service policy states we're allowed bed linen changes once a week.nExtended stays, well worth the price, if you're on a budget. Pet friendly , calm environment, but has potential for unexpected rambunctious people or crowds. Brooksire police station literally a quarter mile down the road, photo id required for those staying in the room, and your guest must check in before visiting.nParking lot floods if we get enough rain, which poses an issue because there isn't much choices in where to park and with construction on going, you wonder about your vehicles well being.nFor the most part, it's a decent stay, but some perks are sorely missed. For example, the ice machines are on premises, but don't work. My room had no microwave or remote. Again, perks are missed, but a hot hot shower, good bed, and the comfort of the heater or AC surely out beats the smaller perks.
The room had fresh paint and was perfectly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great price. It is pet-friendly. They are in the process of refurbishing and yet the service was perfect.

Nice quiet place to sleep. Most of staff is nice. Would go back anytime. Under construction but at least they making it look and be nicer than has been in the past.
