This was the only option for a hotel unless we drove to Katy. We were tired and just wanted sleep. Carpet and bathroom were filthy, smelled musty. Sink and bathtub didn’t look cleaned... hard water stains on shower head with no hot water or good pressure. Shower curtain needed to be thrown out. Blankets had crusty stuff on them. Ac was bearable with only a sheet. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a dirtier place.. I almost didn’t shower because of how nasty the bathroom was. I didn’t see any roaches but this place definitely looks like it has them. They need to do a significantly better job cleaning. Also, the ac was completely off when we arrived and who knows how long, but it was musty - they could have left ac on at a high temp.
Spent 30 minutes ringing bell and calling number while trying to check in at front desk. Building smells like cigarettes. In room bathroom was dirty, fridge was filthy. Tried using pool, took forever to get staff to unlock gate. Pool was filthy. Management parks their cars in entrance area. All around awful experience. Glad it was a one time trip.
When we arrived to our room there were dirty footprints in the batbtub, curtains had large stains, sheets had small stains, carpet needed to be vacuumed and there was mold on the nightstand. I informed front desk and they moved me to another room which was much cleaner but had a rag tied around the showerhead which I at first thought was something they missed when cleaning but realized it was put there to stop a leak. Also there is apparently trouble between the hotel manager and the place I ordered pizza from, had to meet the delivery person on the curb because he said they weren't aloud on the property and the person seemed super nervous to be there. I know their website said limited breakfast due to covid but they had cereal in a dispenser and apples. No drinks or even milk to go with the cereal. I get having a limited breakfast but still expected better than that. The main reason we got a hotel was for the kids to go swimming, after checking in I was informed the pool was closed for maintenance. None of the phones in either room to call the front desk worked. I was booked for 2 nights we only stayed 1. Will not go back.
No Hot water and they don't want to give me a refund this place really sucks don't ever rent a room here people please go somewhere else
No tv in one room and no weather channel during a hurricane evacuation! Did not purchase the weather channel... No breakfast ... Tightly ran by strict foreignersn...
