I just started moved here from Beaumont in September. The place is old,, but the price is right.. Owners are friendly and work with me as I'm on unemployment. Any place in Southeast Texas has roaches! Stop being negative about this spot. It's the only place I know of that's reasonable.

Wonderful place. I love unicorns.
The heat and a/c unit did not work.. it was freezing cold. The TV did not work. Shower and bathroom was completely nasty. NOT worth the 69 bucks we spent to stay the night.. beds were filthy .. so not worth the time and money we spent.. would've slept better in my vehicle.
Terrible place. Not recommended with kids but cheap
