The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The room was very clean. Its a very popular stop so make sure to book ahead of time or you might not get a room. The breakfast bags in the morning are yummy. The pool is nice but the hot tub and pool are not currently heated.
No ventilation in any of the rooms. Most of all the amenities don’t all work properly. Ask before you check in!! Hot tub does not get warm! This has been going on for a year plus!nThe staff I have been with have been nice andntry to make the stay comfortable. They will change your rooms but be careful. Check everything and make sure that the room was cleaned properly!
Very clean and comfy room. Due to the recent winter weather conditions they were unable to repair their Spa because of lack of parts availability in this location. This was not their fault. They were very responsive and provided good service considering the covid and recent freezing weather conditions.
They were short handed and could not check into my second room till 7pm. Thank God I had 2 room. Everything else was good!
Love this hotel. Had everything as I expected and what they shows on website. Nice and big comfortable rooms. Front Desk Clerk, the lady she works from 3pm-1pm was such a kind person. Helped us with some things we were looking around.
