I will give it 4 star. Honestly, much better than my expectations. Although the furnishings are outdated, the TV is really nice. I checked in at about 10 PM, the front desk staff was nice. For a good price, it was worth it.
I am reserving one star for the really poor front desk operation (the male, not the woman). If I am correct, his name is Pedro. He is just not suited to customer engagement. His attitude is poor and borders on outright rude. I understand things get extremely complicated at times but that's not my problem as a customer. I just need to get checked in and have it a somewhat pleasant experience.nThat said, the room was generally clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was marvelous, very helpful and courteous. I was going to give it 3 stars but they clearly earned the 4th.
Due to electrical blackouts winter 2021 was fortunate to book a room here and was able to extend for 2 morne unplanned days. Staff was very accommodating. Plus the hotel is in middle of an upgrade which made the stay even better :)
For the price awesome. The guy working front desk needs a manger class but over all awesome
Was nice until 4am started getting ate by bedbugs the only solution was to get our stuff out of room and switch to another.
