Tammy, the manager, is great and I think she's genuinely trying to help make changes that will benefit the tenants. The new OWNER, however, keeps raising our rent every few months. We now pay $130 more for lot rent each month than a year ago.nnEdit: we now have a new manager and he and higher-level staff members are quickly improving the park. Rent is still high and we're not sure when it'll go up again, but improvements are being made.nnEdit 2: They raised out lot rent by $30. If you're moving here or considering moving here, know that they raise rent every few months. We're all paying almost $480 month for lot rent and it's taking a financial toll on the community as many depend on fixed incomes.nnEdit 3: Howard is current manager for anyone wondering.nnEdit 4: We have finally moved from this place and I couldn't be happier. Howard, the manager, was very kind, but the company itself is terrible. They are constantly raising lit rent (about 4 times in 2 years) and refuse to accept phone calls to the 'higher-ups', whose names they would not even give me upon request. I cannot recommend staying here.

Great place .. Elderly residents and some young families with kids.. No crimes and very peaceful...

Edit: after the park was bought out, it quickly went downhill. Rent was jacked up over $100/month in a year, the pool was still not fixed, and they refuse to give you contact info for corporate. We're happy to he gone!nnWe love living here. For a trailer park, it's very nice. The manager makes sure you keep up with your yard, appearance of your home, makes sure your pets are kept on a leash/inside, and makes sure that everything is safe, clean, and up to par. I recommend living here for anyone with a family or without. It's very quiet and the only time there's really any noise is when the kiddos are running around enjoying themselves.
