Rachel W. Was very professional and nice. It's great to be greeted with a smile and friendly staff. The hotel is stunning. Our king suite is breath taking with relaxing music already playing as we entered the room. Can't wait to try out the hot tub and pool later.
Super nice girls working the front desk but terribly cheap management that has motion sensor air conditioning units in every room. The ACs would continuously turn off as soon as we left the room and if we weren’t constantly moving around inside the room.nnWhen sleeping (trying to) we were woken up several times throughout the night in a hot sweat. Setting the AC to 68 and it would be 72 an hour later.nnIssue brought to attention of front desk and management and they all pretended that the sensors were off and it should be working right. One girl knew what was going on and confirmed it’s motion sensors. This happened to all 3 rooms my party had and we checked out after the first night instead of staying the second night.nnIt really was a miserable sleep. Also, the beds are very firm and not too comfortable.
There was work to be done at my house and work nights so needed a couple of days so the work could be done. Seen Fairfield was minutes from the house it was a suitable location. The staff was nice consideate and made me feal at home the room was clean and best of all got my sleep. Will surely pick fairfield at my next outing.

Just spent this past weekend here.nnThe room was room, gym, pool was clean. I appreciate the customer service. I did not try breakfast so I can’t speak to that.
