Great experience staying here. I can’t remember his name (maybe Brandon) but the front desk employee was really nice and offered to move me to be on the same floor as my colleagues, without me asking. He also upgraded my room to a suite for no extra charge. This was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had since Covid, with several options for grab n go or to dine in.

Love Holiday Inn Express! My dad stayed there this past weekend when he came to visit. I recommended it to him and told him how much I had enjoyed my stay at one several years ago and really talked up the breakfasts. Well he loved the place! And commented on the impeccable cleanliness of everything, especially the pillows! That's a big deal to him and his biggest complaint about hotel chains. He is very particular, so when he not only approves of but genuinely enjoys and is happy with a product or service that I've recommended to him, I know I've done a good job and so has that product or service. So when my ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f is backed up by his ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f you can count on having a ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f experience. And he gave it ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f even though the pandemic has taken away the killer breakfast I told him about and which is what had pushed him to choose this place over any others. So even though he didn't get the breakfasts he was looking forward to, he still gave it ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f and that says a lot about any establishment coming from him. So great job Holiday Inn Express!

Clean, and very nice. Pretty much as I expected. Stayed during the bad weather. They had hot water and electricity.

Stayed here 5 nights with my family. Requested my room to be cleaned 3 times and they never cleaned it the whole stay. Beds were uncomfortable. And Service was horrible. I called to complain about how they never cleaned my room, and the last hung the phone up while I was talking. Don't recommend & would never do a Holiday Inn Again. Sticking with the Hilton.
