Did my booking online. It was cancelled/ declined. Got here and told them that. It was fine until he asked for my credit card. Money wasn’t the issue but it took 1 hour to get checked in which is unacceptable. I had to ask him to call for help and when he did that it was almost like I was helping troubleshoot their system. Apologies for not being a helping human but I needed to get to bed and to sleep and an hour to check was not okay. Especially when it was just me. I didn’t get any compensation. They blamed on the employee being autistic and didn’t give compensation. Firstly there has to be a law that says you can’t disclose employee info like that. Secondly, I asked for compensation because he wouldn’t cancel my reservation or refund my money, I felt forced to stay here. Force to wait that hour and some change until they were able to get their lives together. Don’t stay here, if you value time and sleep. Two main things a hotel are good for.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It was clean but there were no chairs out by the pool. No chairs in the courtyard area. There's a grill but no grilling utensils or propane available. We would have loved to relax out by the pool area but couldn't unless we wanted to sit on the concrete. The room didn't have eating utensils. We were told to look in the dishwasher... which we had already done....there were none. They found us 2 forks somewhere. We did enjoy the park nearby.

The laundry is free but the animals that use it act like they have no home training and dogged it out. The cleaning staff is NOT 24/7 , so unless you clean it yourself you have to wait for someone to arrive at work. I wash everyday and cleaned it for two days, but today it's so bad I cannot do it. The middle machine has been broken since I got here a few days ago. It does not look or function as shown online. Everything else was fine.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we were tying to find a new place to move. The room was extremely clean when we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful with any accommodations/ questions.nIf we ever need a place to stay for a short period, we will come back.

I had a reservation for a double queen. When I showed up at 7 pm I was told my room was not available because they were still cleaning. I came back 90 minutes later and was told it would be ready in few minutes. An hour later they told me my room was available. After checking in, I opened the door and discovered one king bed. This was not what I reserved or was promised and would not work for my family of four. I guess it is one thing to be overbooked but it is an entirely different situation to be told a room would be available for two hours, checked in and credit card charged, only to find out they didn't have what I reserved. I requested a call from a manager and I have not received one yet. This is not the way to treat an IHG gold member. It really is sad because the hotel was nice otherwise.
