Super nice very clean and the manager and his entire staff for accommodating five star what I mean accommodating the manager and I'm sorry I forget his name but I asked for razor in the gentleman I promise you look for maybe 20 minutes to find me razor. And for those of you who travel although that seems like a small thing the effort was gigantic you must stay here
I make reservations for my company and I have NEVER gotten the service at any hotel as I receive from Yogi and his team at Quality Inn North Richland Hills. I sometimes never know until late in the afternoon or early evening if we need will need a reservation but I know that if I call, they will do everything they can to accommodate my crews. And from my crews, I've heard nothing but good things about the hotel. I plan on making a trip myself soon to meet with the management team. And if someone higher up with the Quality Inn family is reading this...you should make this hotel the example of how ALL others should run. Great job!!
We made a reservation during the winter storm here in texas with 5 degree temperatures. Our power was out. But when we got home 20 minutes later to gather our stuff, the power was on. We called to cancel the reservation, but no one answered. We called 3 times in a row. No one answered. We were unable to cancel, and now they won't issue a refund. This place is unbelievable.
Loved it. Great person behind the counter. Clean rooms and great service. I will be back.
American Airlines put us here in February 2020 as their plane was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. Shuttle bus took 2 hours to pick us up, DESPITE MANY PHONE CALLS, and drove us half an hour to this seedy motel. Shuttle driver tried to tell us we could not get shuttle next morning as it was full so we would have to get private taxi (which he conveniently drove in his spare time). Felt very threatened and vulnerable and got out of these as soon as we could. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
