Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was kind . The only reason for not 5 stars was we had to wait 3.5 hours past check in to access our room and the room has only a shower not a bathtub. I would consider staying here again. We did notice they are pet friendly .... BUT... CHARGE 125.00 NON REFUNDABLE payment not deposit... So add that to your price.... makes me think not so pet friendly and leaves me questioning legality of this on a Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal...I feel it's discrimination.

Newer location, great for business travel. I love the concept and the flexibility of the room ( the desk can become a dining table) The kitchenette is just right. The only drawback is the shower it’s a tight fit. My particular room wasn’t cleaned as well as I am used to ( toothpaste spittle on bathroom fixtures and food splatters on walls, but they rectified it quickly.

OKAY let me tell you how EXCELLENT this team of people ARE at this hotel. When TEXAS froze up and people were desperately looking for places to go this hotel WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.nI APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK AND EXCELLENCE.nTHANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM THIS WAS THE BEST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD.

We are not from Texas and were traveling home during the snow and ice storm and desperately needed a place to stop for the night so that we weren't driving in the dark on icy roads. The lobby was full of people also needing rooms for the night due to their power being out at home. Thankfully they were able to get us in a room after a bit of a wait for one to be cleaned. Even with all their computer system down, the hotel management was able to accomadate us and we are incredibly grateful for a safe, warm place for us and our small children to sleep while on our journey back home in this storm.

This hotel was not up to the expectations they post. Room was dirty. Had to clean and wipe with my clorax wipes I carry with me. No toiletries ..Not enough towels..2 bath towels, 1face cloth and 1 hand towel..no mat for floor. Also had to use my CC vs bank card to pay...this never was an issue especially with Hilton Garden I stayed at previous night. Very disappointed... Go to another Hilton..
