I was excited to hear that it was a Sonesta. I just stayed at one in NOLA and it was perfect. This place is disappointing to say the least , no renovations at all. Had to move rooms because there is no maintenance currently. Then I ran the dishwasher and there was a large puddle on the floor. The front desk said they will bring a mop. She left it in the room for me to mop and left. Kids are running all through the place with their dog barking, no supervision. I am getting out of here.
This is a new hotel chain in my area and the locations are renovations of older hotels. The management and staff seem friendly and concerned about the customer. The 2 locations I have stayed at retain the dated feel and items of the previous hotel. Thus is something I hope changes in the near future and if so I would give them 5 stars.
I love being here! Clean, and spacious rooms, kid friendly, great rates and a wonderful front desk staff. I would definitely return here in the future.
Not only did they charge me for a deposite for my service animal they also still have not refunded it. Nor the 348 dollars i paid in cash and they charged my card as well still cant get any one to resolve this matter not to mention the dog pee all over the bathroom door and i saw bed bugs might not want to stay here
Nice Lil Lodging setup, Loved the body soap, shampoo and hair conditioner mounted in the tub area, with quality towels and wash clothes.
