This location had an update, but definitely NOT anytime recently.nnThere was significant wear and tear(missing tiles) in the elevator area on the 3rd floor.nnThere were burn marks on the bathroom counter and cracks in the sink. The toilet seat had some serious wear marks.nnThere were cigarette burn marks on the seat padding by the window. The room also wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough after the previous (or 2+) visitors, as there was a sandwich from McDonald's in one of the drawers.nnI wasn't impressed with the breakfast. I understand that Covid has jacked with lots of stuff, but not much variety of food for the people who have issues with grains or dairy, other than fruit.
Terrible experience. It smelled awful. My room had a door leaning against the closet. The walls had some type of red stains on it and they had the audacity to charge me $15 for a towel that they said was too dirty to clean. What the heck. I told them I had spilled wine on the counter and used a towel to wipe it. I WILL NEVER EVER return. I'd rather sleep in my truck before staying at this place again! I rate this place a - Star.
It's quiet, a little tucked back from the road, which is nice. Right by a Waffle House ud83dude0b. The first lady that I interacted with was so sweet, she saw my arms were full so she ran from behind the desk the come hold the door for me and my kiddos. Also gave us plenty of extra blankets and pillows so we could utilize the pull out couch for the kids. If someone's watching their TV at a higher volume, you'll hear it in the hallway, but I haven't had any issues with neighboring rooms and noise. Cleanliness could use some work, and friendliness of the daytime staff could use a lot of work. Carts are hard to find, they let people take them to their rooms and not bring them back, so good luck, because they aren't willing to call and try to find them if you need one.
Very nice rooms very affordable although the room service is expensive (we didn't come for room service) it is a really good place to lay your head. Very comfy beds and friendly staff and very considerate and safety oriented during this pandemic. I highly recommend staying here if you're on a budget and want a nice place.
I checked in and 20 minutes later I checked back out. Plumbing issues, TV didnt work their room phone doesn't work, was double charged for my room, had kids running amok down the halls and lobby.
