This place did not reflect the Hilton, it was not clean at all. We had to check out early to stay at a different Hilton. We still paid for the night we did not use. The kitchen was dirty, dishes were not clean, I had to wash everything. The floor had crumbs from previous people. I made them aware but nothing was done about it so we had to find a cleaner place which we did. I gave 1 star because it is the only choice, I will give it a Zero. It has been more than a week since we left the hotel. Even though I left my information at the desk, I have not heard from the management. This says a lot about customer service.

Horrible experience at this hotel. The one night I did spend here, my truck bedcover was sliced open and I had items stolen. I was literally parked outside of my room window approx. 6 ft away. The buildings camera’s are outdated and don’t cover the whole building. I was parked in the “blind spot” of the security camera. Apparently the area is known for vehicle burglaries.nnThe ONLY PRO was the friendly staff at the front desk! Kim did her best to accommodate during the situation.nnChoose a different location.

I usually love Homewood Suites as they are clean, well appointed and renovated. This location has a renovated lobby and that’s about it. The kitchenette is tiny and the cookware old and damaged. The bathroom was dirty, cracked tiles, and the toilet leaked water so I had to turn the water off when not in the room. The couches were stained. Most of the outlets didn’t work. The lighting was all different colors. If I had the time to switch to the Home2Suites across the street I would have. This place is run down.

This was the WORST Hilton that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting! I only gave it two stars because I didn't see any bedbugs (so it could've been worst) and the staff was friendly. The lobby is updated but that is all. Everything else is outdated. The rooms were not clean. There were hairs in the towels and on the carpet. There was trash under the bed, stains on the couches and chairs, wood on the furniture was splintered, holes in the walls, frayed towels and bedding. In fact, my sink clogged twice during our stay. The staff was very nice, however, they frequently were working WITHOUT their masks. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

The rooms are very nice, the desk clerk is very nice.....but no maid service? I have been here almost 2 WEEKS and have not had my sheets changed, bathroom cleaned nor the carpet vacuumed. I have asked at the front desk EVERY MORNING for room service. That’s hit or miss. Either no towels, no coffee or no condiments. And yes, I can definitely tell that the room has not been cleaned. I have practically lived in hotels during the week for the last 15 years and NEVER have I experienced this kind of service. Disappointed?? You think?
