I love this hotel! The staff is so helpful and understandable. They're brother and sister and I stayed there for 5 months and honestly I've been gone a week and I'm going back there tomorrow. The rooms are dated but clean. The sisters husband is very nice too. The only complaint I have is the guest dryer doesn't work good and they're still not serving breakfast.
AVOID!!!! My family and I stayed at this location out of desperation because the electric and water were out in our home. It was myself with chronic health issues, my premature infant daughter, 5 year old son, husband, and 4 lb dog. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived I was told they couldn’t do any online reservations but if I cancelled it and paid cash they had a room. I paid a cash amount that was higher than the online amount and was NOT given a receipt and told they couldn’t provide one because the internet was down. We get to our room and there are no comforters on the bed. Only one thin sheet on each bed. Husband is told by front office that comforters will be dry soon and brought to our room. Then the power went out so we got in the car to get something to eat and hope it comes back on for the night. When we get back the power is still not on (which is not hotels fault) and no one is in the front office when we try to get more blankets or the comforter we were already promised. The hallways are so poorly lit by legally required emergency lights that we can hardly find our room. We tried to all bundle up together with the only two thin sheets we were provided, but ultimately had to sleep in our car because it was so cold. In the morning when there was light, my husband went back to the room to pack up our belongings. In the process of loading up the car, a man who was obviously out of his mind on some sort of drugs ran into the room and stole his jacket and keys and ran into a neighboring room. My husband had to call the cops to get his stuff back since front office worker said that room “were good customers.” When the people in the neighboring room realized police were called, they took the guy that robbed us out into the snow and beat him until he was bleeding. They were all obviously out of their minds on drugs but gave my husband back his stuff and he left quickly. This is the most ridiculous experience I have ever had at a hotel. Do not stay here!
We stayed here during this horrible winter storm! Now while I know it is not their fault for the power outage, they did not provide any type of relief or even attempt to! We were without any heat for 3 days! Once things were on again. I asked to stay a few additional days because I still didn’t have power or water in my rv, i asked if they could help. Maybe a free night or possibly a discount. The desk clerk words were literally that’s not our problem!! They had absolutely no compassion during this horrible time and I spent my money there just to freeze! I would not recommend this place.
I stayed there one night YEARS ago and the experience was so negative it still bothers me. Me and a friend decided to rent a room somewhere so we could spend all night gaming without our families breathing down our next. We got a room there and it took about two mins for my friend to decide he didn’t like the room. He said the beds were hard and since the heater hadn’t been run for a while it made the typical heater smell. The state of the room didn’t bother me too much but I didn’t feel like arguing with my friend.nnHe goes to the office and tells the lady that took us in that he didn’t like the room and I’m waiting there minding my own business when the lady FORCES me to go over to her and the she proceeds interrogate me about why we didn’t like the room. The sad thing is it wasn’t a problem for me but this woman is now arguing with someone who doesn’t even have an issue. So, after we all argue for a second and demand a refund she pulls out her little sign (that wasn’t even displayed at the time) that said no refunds. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and extremely unnecessary. She brought someone in to a fight that didn’t even want to fight. I think the price is fair for the room but it’s not cheap enough to put up with that kind of attitude.
This is a very nice place to stay at. The staff are very nice and professional and they are always willing to work with you on making your stay very comfortable. Also the location is very good hence you can get to ft. Worth pretty quickly. It's just a very friendly and clean place to be at. Like I said the staff are very nice people and they really make your stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here
