The office staff doesn't communicate with each other or the office manager Roy is a liar. He said he sent 4 notices about my blind in the front window since December 9 I received 1 letter in the beginning of January and as soon as I got the letter I fixed the blind they fined me $75 dollars. Its not about the money I paid it. I didn't even know it was broke till I got the letter the blind cost maybe 10 dollars. We have lived here 10 years never been late on any bills and always update and comply to the rules but this was a cheesy move

Very bad experience at this office. I had a customer who was looking to lease, after paying their application fee and submitting all documents asked for they were left waiting for a full week before a response. When I called to follow up they claimed Corporate was still running the application. I called once more the second week and still no luck, finally the 3rd week my customer decided to withdraw his application. When I contacted the office to let them know Janet kept avoiding answering my question as to why my application was never processed and would refuse to give me a refund for an application that I was not able to get a response if was processed or not. Both Roary and Janet were very unprofessional. I came in personally to their office and was left waiting purposely, while she carried a personal conversation with a tenant. Roary which was in the office saw this and did not make an attempt to help me, even though he had no customers with him.

New owners bought this place about a year or two ago. It has really been cleaned up. I just bought a really nice home from them that they owner financed. Really good deal.nnThe park is mostly quiet. There are Hispanic folks here, but it's pretty much a mix.nnThey are redoing the office and adding a big clubhouse this year and a new pool next year, so I know they are trying to make this a better place.
