Absolutely amazing staff. My boyfriend and I were here for one night in the beginning of a huge snow storm. The facilities manager, Van, was so helpful and super personable. Upon check-in, he already made us feel at home. The cottage was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was delicious and again Van was there and made sure we were happy. When we checked out in the middle of it snowing, he reminded us he was only a call away even though we weren't guests there anymore. I will definitely stay here again.

Went for a short anniversary trip, while grandparents watched our daughter. Wonderful hidden gem, wish we'd found them sooner! Our stay, spa, and dinner there were so great! A very relaxing and pampered weekend, will be coming back for sure!

Made an appointment for Valentine’s Day a week in advance for a couples massage. Was called by the the Spa 3 days later and heard that there was a double booking for my time. I now had to flip my afternoon plans of a relaxing massage to an early morning one. No big deal in my opinion because it was still going to be a great Valentine’s Day experience, right? Wrong!nI was notified in the afternoon before Valentine’s Day, less than 24 hrs ahead of my scheduled massage that they are now going to be closed on Valentine’s Day due to weather. Now I have no time to book a reservation anywhere else for dinner or anything special.nI was very disappointed in the process of booking my appointment and really quite angry that they waited until the last minute to cancel my appointment.nVery unprofessional.nWill not book again and will steer anyone I know away. Go to Spa Castle!! It’s cheaper and you don’t get the runaround.

We feel blessed to have not only been able to find a place to stay during the snow storm and power outage this February but also grateful for the accommodating welcome we received by Valerie, Darla and Van.nThank you so much for the stellar hospitality and service.nWe are already planning a weekend trip later this year to enjoy a stay under more normal circumstances.nJoe and Janis

This hotel is truly nice. The decor is very appealing. The restaurant was excellent. The staff was very nice. We had a joining rooms which was nice. The pool area was great too. There was a little confusion with the street taco order on pool movie night, but overall I do recommend The Sanford House Inn & Spa. We were there for two nights and they had a free shuttle to Universal.
