After reading the reviews below I was really nervous about booking but we were evacuating from a hurricane and places were filling up fast.nOur studio was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, beautifully decorated.nI even checked the sheets with black lights...completely clean. Mattress was so comfortable we took a picture of the brand to buy when we purchase a new one. Wifi was super fast.nOur check in process had alittle issue with missing keys in box but nichole at kasa fixed the problem extremely fast. Her customer service was A+++!!!nThey do have noise from the road and the hallway at night. Nothing compared to what i was expecting by reviews. Nothing crazy just normal what to expect when multiple people live close together. My toddler slept through it.nnI would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the worst place for checking in. I can't even describe how bad it was, literally took me an hour of walking around to find room. Customer service couldn't even tell me where the parking garage entrance was or even tell me what part of the building my room was located. I had to get a maintenance guy to show me where my room was. Dishes were dirty , for how long....I have no idea. I would stay far away from here. I gave it 1 star only because of location and view.

This place was absolutely terrible. The host does not tell you that this apartment is located in a building that has a lot of college students living in it. The host will not fix any issues and when you ask for a refund they will try to give you a fraction of what they should. I had to call the Air BnB customer service because this host acts as if they do not understand English. The apartment is loud, doors are away slamming throughout the night, there were homeless people in the parking garage, the gate to the garage was broken so people stayed speeding through, the trash room was always full and had trash coming out of the door, the apartment had cockroaches which probably came from the trash room and the host would not fix a door. Before staying here I would Google 101 Center Apartments and read the reviews. Or else you will feel as if you just gave someone 3,000 to live in hell for a month. This was a complete was of my money.

I have been staying in this filth for 5 days and after asking Kasa in writing for the third time. They will now let me out of my stay and refund me for the nights I didn’t stay in their filth! What amazing customer service!

Very unpleasant stay. When we arrived, we could not access the unit for an hour, once inside we noticed the walls, floors, beds and doors were dirty. A comforter was missing from one bed and windows were dirty. Our bedding had to be washed prior to going to bed, the dishes were chipped and there were cigarette butts littering the walk way. I don't recommend staying here.
