I stay here now the trailer houses are much nicer but more expensive then where I use to stay. I been here now going on 6mths and I started having some of my things stolen from my yard now. I have a tree to hit my house that I been complaint about cutting it for weeks. The only thing I like is they are fair about helping giving you time to pay your rent even through the pandemic.
I feel sorry for anyone living in this trailer park they really need to do upkeep on this property there is absolutely no reason why there are this many trees down when I know people in this park have been asking manager to get the trees taken care of I guess it’s going to take someone losing more than just there property for them to finally get something done that’s why we moved because we didn’t want to lose our lives it’s scary to live there such poor management need new manager get someone that cares and has a heart and not so rude I know for a fact that for the last two years the trees have needed to be trimmed by the power lines and it sucks the only time they do any trimming is when it catches fire we heads up there was a fire in the tree tonight

Maintenance is very slow about fixing any issues and The property is going on lot fees
Wish I would not have bought a MH that was in this park. the communication with the onsite mgr is terrible. she will not return emails. and likes to put letters on doors. i have tried to communicate in writing and she will not respond. constant harassment. i think i can have the MH moved for a few grand. will be looking into that. sick of this property management. way overpriced for the BS they dish out..
