We reserved our rooms a month in advance and called the week of to make sure everything was in order. we get to the hotel at 1am and they were out of the king suits we reserved.... And they still made us pay the king suit rate.nnThen they moved us to a standard king room when we told them they messed up. Which was still to small for the baby’s bed that was the whole reason we needed the larger room.nnPoint of all this is don’t trust this place to honor your reservations.nnRooms were clean. Breakfast was a joke.

Great location! And the people were very nice I like everything about this hotel in Tyler
Did not stay there just asked questions but they were friendly and informative concerning our new and next stay in Tyler.
The the staff was very helpful. The office women answered any and all questions and was very kind.
