This was my first time visiting Shiloh Pines and I was very impressed. It is one of the nicest Manufactured Housing Community in Tyler. Sales Agent was quick to help me and answered all my question. Looking forward to moving in soon. First impression is everything.
Terrible the snow got me stuck twice on one visit. They need to take the time to salt the road ways. I came over because my friend couldn't go to store. You would think that trailer park of that size would accommodate there tenants better.
I’ve tried calling and leaving messages for someone to return my phone call at the office so many times but never got a call back! I called for two months before my lease was up to find out how that works and what do I need to do, never returned my phone call so I started planning on moving and leaving messages about do I give a 30 day notice I could not remember if they had said that or not in order to get my deposit back but still no returned phone calls. They said when I moved in that they were going to level my house after the first of the year that’s been over a year ago it still has not been done. I explain to them what was wrong with the showerheads in both bathrooms three different times three different times he came said it was fixed and it was not fixed so I finally gave up on that!!! Just have not been satisfied at all living here.
Great Community! Welcoming & friendly staff, go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. This community is close to all of your needs, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Great school district as well!!
My neighbors have made me feel home. Moved in Thanksgiving and before they even asked my name... asked my family to come eat.nnHonestly, I was scared moving in. But, fear is gone and I love it here!!!!
