Apparently I must have deleted my first review when I tried to edit it, so I'll try this again. The manager Andy is an extraordinary person. He found us a room during this weird snowstorm due to an emergency surgery on Monday. He took such great care of us, making sure that the kids had snacks since I couldn't leave and the stores are closed. Angel at the front desk is the sweetest woman and she did everything and beyond to make our stay comfortable and she was helpful in every way possible. The house keeping staff, Brenda and Gavin are doing an excellent job taking care of everyone's needs considering they're the only ones taking care of the rooms. They've given us any extra towels and other items we've needed asap. Brenda even went way beyond by giving me her room number in case we needed anything for our surgery patient. And last but not least, the reason I had to rewrite this review because I tried to edit the other one, a big shout out to Shirley! She has prepared a delicious dinner every night this week. She's a fantastic person and a great cook. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Every one of the staff members have had smiles and a great attitude considering they're stuck at the hotel due to the freaky weather. My only complaint is that I can't give them more stars.

Staff are very nice and helpful. The reason for a 4 star is because of my 1st night stay. The room I was in had a ottoman that open and inside someone had urinate and left it to be found. Very disturbing and made me question cleaning of rooms. I had another room that was bigger reserved for the reminder of my stay. The next was very clean and I enjoyed my stay very much. They have a excellent outside area with BBQ grill and fire place with a big screen TV. Anyone would want a backyard like this. Over all a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if in Texas in the Tyler area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Staybridge Suites. The rooms were cleanly and the beds were really comfortable. What stood out to me the most was the staff. Everyone working during our stay was helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Tyler area.

This place was awesome! Really enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff was superb, i really enjoyed talking to them, they took care of all my needs no matter what they were! I give them 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! And hope to see them again..

I loved our room here. There was a kitchen a separate bedroom and sofa bed. Unfortunately the fire alarm was set off during the night. We were on the 3rd floor with two kids. Luckily there was no fire
