I think this is the first review I've ever taken the time to write because I'm not the type to let things bother me but we stayed here and had a nice time until it came time to check out. Two days ago I had an accident and ended up on crutches making things a challenge. We asked for a later check out because my boyfriend had the job of taking care of everything. They told us 1245 would be fine and as long as we were actively bringing stuff out to the car they would not pressure us it was fine. At 1255 the GM was at our door harassing us and she informed us she would be standing there until we were out. She was so rude wouldn't stop talking bring completely awful and even threatened to call the cops! She didn't offer to even hold the door as I hobbled out . Awful human being and should definitely rethink being in the line on work she is.in. we will never stay here again.
Chris, the front desk agent was courteous, The room was clean. I came from Houston. Had an awesome nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable, amenities such as shampoo and soap was a nice touch, I will recommend. Thank You for such an awesome Hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel, staff is very nice and respectful and makes you feel at home when traveling so far from home. Management goes above and beyond to meet all of your needs and expectations of the hotel.
The staff is absolutely amazing ! This is the only place in tyler that I will stay. Even with covid-19, everyone is wearing masks . Everything is clean and smells so good !! Love this place!
Beyond satisfied. My room was very clean, everything ran smooth, the coffee in the lobby was fresh and the girl at the front desk was extremely courteous. Very refreshing stay. Will be back.
