What am awesome place to stay my wife and I love B&B and this done did not disappoint. The home is historic which was very interesting. We spent 2 nights for our anniversary weekend and just relaxed. The breakfast was so good each morning. We will definitely be going back.
We enjoyed our stay at the Woldert-Spence Manor. The inn features antique furniture with tasteful Victorian style decor. There are porches and a deck to relax outside overlooking a shaded and nicely landscaped garden area. The breakfast is just wonderful! Loads of creativity in the presentation and tastes so good! The hosts, Mike and Barbara, are very friendly and willing to accommodate the needs and desires of their guests in any way they possibly can. A highlight is that they are willing to sit down with guests at breakfast enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation. Very pleasant experience.
Enjoyed our night. It was our first BNB experience. It was different than traditional lodging but if it’s your thing, this is a great place. The only thing missing was signage or an understanding of which room was ours when we arrived so it took some searching. Otherwise, recommend.
Barb and Mike are the friendliest owners. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful. House is well taken care of. Jacuzzi is hot! Beautiful place to relax close to DFW.
The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, architecture, and the history of the manor. The hosts, Mike and Barbara, were very organized and hospitable. Breakfast was fabulous. This was a very enjoyable experience for us. We recommend a stay here without hesitation!
