My family and I stayed here and are still here due to damages to our home during the winter storm.Due to availability we have had to leave once but came right back. The staff here are the most amazing. From the manager Jeremy to Scott. to Luz , Sarah and Paola the housekeeping staff , I have never in all my life received customer service and hospitality like this. In one of the most depressing time of my families life this hotel and it’s staff have been unbelievable. We all suffered through the ice , snow, loss of water pressure. They even made sure to inform us what stores were open and which weren’t worth going to. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were even kind to my service dog. I will never choose any other hotel unless I have to.
My friend and I stayed just for a night for my birthday. I wasn't expecting much considering I knew it was just a place for us to sleep so we both wouldn't have to drive an hour home after having some drinks. The first thing we noticed is how CLEAN the place smelled. Like the hallways smelled like they were just freshly cleaned right before we walked through. No issues at all in our room. The front desk was nice. Our beds were pretty cozy and we really enjoyed our stay! We got to thinking that we might make this a thing every now and then and book a room here and enjoy some night life in Tyler! The location is perfect because it's not far from broadway at all but it's quiet. I recommend this place 1000000%!
A really great moderately priced hotel. The manager was super helpful when I needed to stay extra nights. I was on the first floor near an exit, but i rarely heard any noise. The swimming pool is small but big enough and clean. The rooms were also clean. Breakfast has to be kept to a minimum with just some cereal, muffins and bananas/apples. It's a great location off the 323 loop and you are close to everything even though you are on the south side. Tyler is small!
Greeted with a joyful smile and I felt welcome from bthe moment I entered the building. It was so incredibly clean! I felt safe and will stay here again! Great job guys!
Terrible terrible terrible. The website states hot breakfast. They had plastic wrapped muffins, two kinds of cheap boxed cereal,apples, oranges, nature valley breakfast bars. That’s it! I went to the desk to find out when the breakfast would be served. The man at the desk was very rude. The room was dusty, the carpets filthy, amenities lacking. We will not be staying at another choice hotel in the future!!
