Made a quick trip to Tyler on Sunday with my family and stayed at the Holiday Inn, because it was located close to the zoo. I had no complaints until the front desk called at 5:45AM to inform us that our vehicle window had been busted. My husband had to go down and talk to the police. Our vehicle was vandalized along with 16 other vehicles. We were told there were no cameras or video footage. Obviously nobody around to notice SEVENTEEN vehicles having windows busted out either.nOur day was ruined, we were out money for a new window, and nobody seemed to care at all. We will be staying elsewhere if we should ever decide to visit again.
The best part about this hotel is Jennifer at summerfiled bar/restaurant! She makes a point to know your name and makes you feel welcome. I say here because of her costumer service and the personalized experience she provides.
Evacuated for the hurricane & they did not disappoint! Everyone from the front desk had a great attitude! Breakfast was delicious every morning. They even waved the pet fee because we evacuated. 10/10 recommend
Yes the rooms are beautifully clean and well Service. As an extra added bonus they give you shower gel shampoo and conditioner in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The food that you get for breakfast there's a little bit of a disappointment. But that's okay it comes free. But for the most part accommodations the amenities exactly what we need are we taking a hotel. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.
