Comfort Suites Tyler South

It was an extremely hard week especially with the snow storm. We had a family member go into the hospital and so we needed a room. We felt very fortunate to be in the hotel we were. The front desk staff we’re very busy trying to accommodate as many people as possible. I’m not positive but I think we might have gotten the last room that they had. The second evening we were there utility workers were gathering in a parking lot next to the hotel waiting to be dispatched. Instead of watching them sit in their trucks and try to stay warm these wonderful people invited them in, gave them coffee and a place to relax until they were called out. I work for utility company and this kindness told me all I needed to know about their character. Every time my wife and I would return from the hospital they would ask with genuine concern how my mother-in-law was doing. You just don’t run into people like this much anymore. Not only are the people that work here extraordinary but we very much liked the room that we had, the beds were soft and warm, the cleaning staff always insured that we had plenty of towels and other things that we needed. Since we stayed multiple days we did not always ask for our room to be cleaned but they always made sure to ask us if we had any trash or other things that needed to be taken care of. If I am ever in need of another room I can assure you this will be the first place I go.nW. Barlow/Carthage, Texas

I highly recommend Comfort Suites at Tyler, TX. Great customer service and receptionist; nice amenities, quiet and very clean. Maria and Angelica from their housekeeping team are amazing; I recommend you stay in the first or second floor , or ask the receptionist to assign them as your housekeeping team and they will leave your room immaculate clean and beautiful. Comfort Suites at Tyler is the place to stay!

Manager went above and beyond making our stay pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. There were 2 queen beds and a love seat and chair.

It was very nice and clean. The staff greeted us very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.
