This hotel is ran by people who love their job. The rooms are neat and clean. The hallways and elevator are clean as well. The grounds outside are well kept. Excellent location on SouthWest side of Tyler. About a year ago I believe they hired a new lady to come in and make some changes...what a difference she has made. I made the right choice to stay in this hotel. I stayed for a few months and it was just this : a nice room/ efficiency apt. With a kitchen which had a stove and plenty of cabinet space as well.. . Full size fridge and nice bathroom. The rates are not bad. You can NOT beat the rates and broke down by the day by the night my double bed one person room was on 35.00 ud83eudd14 I was so impressed I made the decision to get comfortable so .....nI reserved and stayed the whole month then another month or so.. When you consider living in a place that's this nice for the price and with utilities paid. No deposit and the nicest staff i have ever met in Tyler as far as hotels go, so your glad you spent that money there. It is worth it. After a certain amount of days they do reduce your rate if you PAY by the month.
I have NO complaints. The people that work up here are really good people Rachelle and Elijah both are awesome people. The staff here are wonderful people. And after staying here at this hotel and seeing what they go threw and still able to work so well. Even with the snow storm they did what they could. Over all this has been one of the best places I have stayed in.
The hotel is good IJah and Bree and the rest of the staff are always on point. Pretty quiet rooms are nice . Overall it is a great place to stay. I would recommend it to many othersn.
I stayed here March 22nd-24th. I was very Comfortable as well. Clean room, plus the appliances were also clean. Very quiet place as well.nThe front desk lady Bria went the extra mile to get whatever I needed. Very nice attitude in doing so. The manager Rachel was a very passionate lady for what I was going through while I was there. Made me want to stay longer. I'll see you again girls ud83dude42
The absolute WORST customer service.. the staff is extremely rude especially the assistant manager Elijah. Stayed during the snow storm.. Electric out for 4 days.. water off for two.. then TV out for six days.. and going... rooms smell..old dirty carpet.. do not recommend. Also can not reach corporate office.
