Blown away by the room. Very big and very furnished. Coffee pot, microwave, full oven, full size fridge, fold-out couch, big nice comfy bed, and very affordable. I've paid more for rooms that were half the size and not near as nice.

I was in town for two weeks to work at one of the hospitals. The reservation process was fairly easy. However, the day I was supposed to check in I called all day long to make sure it was gonna be OK if I checked in after 3 PM. There was no answer the entire day. I was frustrated and also worried that I wasn’t going to have a place to stay when I got there , hence the reason I was calling. I contacted the corporate office, spoke to a nice gentleman that tried to cancel the room..but unfortunately it was after check-in so he could not do so. I decided to go ahead and check in at the room hoping they still had my reservation. As I pulled into the parking lot I was OK with the outside appearance at the front.. I went inside the office it was clean, the lady had a very dry personality and it was hard to understand her but the check in process was OK. I got my key to the room and as I drove around I was a little skeptical,. So I did not immediately take my belongings upstairs. I walked upstairs and wasn’t happy with the way things were looking on the outside but I’ve always been told not to judge a book by its cover.. I went into the room and started turning on lights. The lighting was terrible, one of the lights in the kitchen would not come on in the ceiling, the light over the sink also did not work. Everything was outdated, so I walked through the room checking things out, the closet door was broken and just propped up against the other, looked like water stains on the ceiling, the carpet had tape holding it down in certain areas... but the one thing that stood out to me the most was the fact that there was a dirty couch in there .. with what looked to be urine stains all over it. I immediately called their corporate office and expressed how unhappy I was with the room and started the process to get the refund. I proceeded to go back to the office with my video and show the lady everything that was wrong with the room .. I could not see myself staying in the room like that for a night, and definitely not for two weeks. I just decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. I still have to wait 4-5 days for my money to be put back on the card. So, I have a charge for $280 pending on my card for a room that I didn’t stay in. I had to go down the street to another hotel, which I add.. it’s very nice and they also gave me a first responders discount. I would not recommend this place at all.

Going online and booking the room was fast and easy! There were no big surprises once I arrived as as far as pricing is concerned! The nice, friendly woman at the front desk made the whole check-in process enjoyable and in a matter of minutes I was already headed to my room! I walked into a large open living area with new comfortable couch and overstuffed chair (also new and comfy)! The lovely desk/dining table and large kitchen caught me by surprise with how roomy and open the area feels. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean! The room has a full sized refrigerator and a four burner stove/oven. It also comes equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls and eating utensils too!!! The bathroom area is a nice large open space that is big enough for more than one occupant. Over all my experience there was great and I definitely would recommend to anyone needing a room at a great rate to go there and check it out!

I've booked this location three times. Everyone at the front desk has been very helpful and kind. My room is restocked with clean towels every two days. I do think some upkeep/maintenance needs to be done. The rooms are pretty clean, but not covid-level clean. The furnishings are older but kept up well. I appreciate the full kitchen with full-sized fridge (with working ice makers in the freezers!) and having separate areas to eat, watch tv, sleep, and go to the bathroom. I enjoy the stool at the vanity as well. I rebook this hotel every week I work because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, prompt attention to a hot water issue (I was offered the option of a different room or having maintenance fix the issue the next day and I was okay with waiting), and the size to price ratio. I am working a contract in Tyler through the end of June and have recommended this hotel to several of my coworkers who also can't drive home after work.

Horrible place! The pics are not what you get AT ALL! I should have read the reviews. Gum on the wall, what looked like dried throw up and some brown stain the size of a cantaloupe on the chair, closet doors off tracks, hair in my bed, nasty icebox. I paid 158.60 for this?!?!? Nope I turned around, got my deposit back and left. DONT DO IT!!!!
