Great staff that is very attentive and passionate about what they do. The entire complex of the building is very clean and well maintained. The courtesy breakfast is great and tasteful for a quick stop before the start of your day! Only thing I would recommend to improve would be the size of the parking lot which is quite small and could present a problem during busy seasons! Overall a great hotel to stay at when your here in Tyler!
Typical 3 star hotel. Our room was clean and the desk person was nice.nThe flat screen TV is kind of out of the norm though. When you turn on the TV, you have to push the button on the bottom, left side of the TV and cycle through until it gets back to HDMI 2 before the remote will operate the TV. That was a first for me at any hotel that I have ever stayed at. Very strange...nAt least the front desk person explained the procedure to get it to work well enough for me to understand and get the TV to work.
Very caring staff. The hospitality team leaves a clean and comfortable environment for it's guests. It is obvious that the managers and cleaning crew have a good attention to detail. $ Good and fair pricing. I will use for business meetings and over night stays again and again.
Amy made everything great. We had to stay for a week during the snow and ice. She went above and beyond to make everyone as comfortable as possible.
We were so lucky to have spoken to Mo at the front counter! After several mishaps, I was calling hotels left and right to try and find a place for a newlywed couple to stay. My new brother-in-law was and his wife were running out of options until Mo picked up the phone only about 20 minutes before midnight. There was only one room left and after he heard out our situation, he told me he would hold the room for us until we got their (which would be about 45 minutes or so). When we showed up, the parking lot was full, so I know he wasn’t exaggerating when he was saying that’s all that was left.nnPhenomenal experience and amazing customer service from Mo. We will be forever grateful for his servant hearted nature and willingness to help in a desperate moment. We will recommend all friends and family to this hotel if they need a stay in the Tyler area!
