It's a nice, clean place and affordable. It's worth the daily rates that I have paid. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I refer this Motel to friends a lot. Just would like for them to have a better rewards program.
Stayed next door at Best Westren in the middle of the snow storm and they sold our room while we were STILL in it. Called all other hotels and everyone was full. Gwen the front desk clerk went ABOVE and BEYOND. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was completely booked up but even in the middle of renovations I saw beds being offered in the lobby, guests were really being looked out for. In the middle of chaos they were equipped and did their best to help. Thank you to Gwen and the hotel staff there at Motel 6!
One of the nicer looking motels in Mineral Wells, but don't judge a book by its cover. They gave me a different room than i reserved and paid extra for online, no fridge, light bulbs missing, disgusting stains on linens. I spoke with the front desk and they barely apologized and did nothing to make things right. Won't be staying at this one ever again.
Nice place to stay. Clean room, excellent customer service. The bed was real comfortable, but the corners were very sharp.
All the rooms smell smoky.nThe first room the smoke defector was off the wall and without a battery. The office chair was worn. The air conditioner was dirty and the front cover was on the floor.nThey moved me to another room and the top door lock was broken so I didn't feel safe.nIt was also missing the cold water faucet.nIf I could give a negative rating
