Was incredibly disappointed. We are regular Hilton customers and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. They gave away our previously reserved room and since they were sold out, that meant one of us would have had to sleep on the floor. We were taken to laundry and told we could grab our own rollaway and bedding and go up the elevator with it on our own. When we got to the room, the bedding had clearly not been changed and we took pictures to prove it. We went downstairs again to let them know and he told me to go get whatever I needed out of the laundry room and I could change out my bedding. When I went to get the bedding off the racks there was a bug. We were tired so I changed all the bedding, wiped down the room myself and we went to sleep. The next morning I told the woman at the front desk who discounted our room about $30. Seriously, at that point I would have refunded the money. Unbelievable situation!
Highly recommend you book your reservation to stay here. The staff is polite and anticipate any of your needs. They always showed a smile and seemed to enjoy making my stay comfortable as possible. There is hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. I will book here again for my next trip

Im suite under normal circumstances(no covid) that they are great. Alas, there was panties from previous tenant in closet. The breakfast was minus things looked like one of them had been opened.
This hotel had very rude staff. They tried to charge my card for $270 for a smoking fee. We dont smoke. We wont be back to hampton inn after years of renting rooms and thousands of dollars spent with them. Dont get scammed by this hotel
