Nice and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Smells wonderful. Staff was amazing. Clean.nFound one small cockroach in our room by the TV, when we first arrived, but never saw any more the rest of our stay. Did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast there due to our commitments, however they do serve breakfast. Has a pool and hot tub outside but again we did not get a chance to indulge in relaxation too much.

The handicap accessible room was nicely appointed with a roll in shower and adjustable height, and removeable, shower head. A granite bathroom counter with plenty of space for toiletries made getting ready nice. The room was very comfortable with plush beds, a couch, ottomans, a desk with an actual rolling desk chair and a nice seating area for getting into or out of a wheelchair. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our medical team has stayed here for the past 3 years and have always had a wonderful experience, until this year. First, we stood in the lobby for 12 minutes trying to get someone at the front desk. It took me calling the hotel for a gentleman to come out of an office on the phone, to check us in. For 3 days, I never saw anyone at the front desk. I had an issue and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Finally, check out is 11 and I had planned to use every minute of that, as we had a long night prior but, an hour before check out, a young man knocked on my door, just to ask me what time I was checking out. And just to top it off, the gentleman from check in, didn't even put my Choice # in after he made me write it down and assured me it went in there.

My only complaint is that they took the hot tub out. (That was one of the reasons we decided on this hotel)... Everything else was great our entire stay!
