Great place to stay reasonably price close to everything management keeps you abreast of any circumstances that may occur no crime
Not perfect, everyplace has it’s problems. This community is a hidden gem. At present there is no broadband internet available. Best options I have found so far are satellite and hotspots. Traffic on S. Padre Island Dr. can be heard from locations closer to the road. Clubhouse has pool and workout room. Owner and his son seem like terrific people.

After having my reservation pulled out from under me 3 days before arrival due to an older model camper, this lovely little Park (tucked away you never know it was here) let me in and saved my visit with my daughter on her 21st birthday!!! I will never be able to express my thanks in my warm wishes to this community! in addition to that one of the lovely residence was kind enough to chat with me for a moment and show me the lovely Bay View from some of the homes. (Thanks msS.) if I were to relocate to Corpus Christi this community is where I would start looking! There's a lovely pool with bathrooms and exercise room and even a reading Nook. I'm very impressed for this tiny clean community.
