If I could give zero stars I would. This place was disgusting. Walk into our room, their is spider webs on the ceiling, pull back our blankets and there was nasty stains and cigarette burns. Also in the bathroom was a used towel stuck to the floor. Definitely wasn't going to try to find out why. Very disgusting. We asked them to replace our sheets and they did but those sheets werent any better. Didn't really sleep but left bright and early. This place is literally a hump and dump type place. If you are staying with your children definitely don't recommend.
The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. When my room key didn't work at first, he followed me back to the room to let me in and apologized for the malfunction. The next morning he chatted me up in the parking lot while I loaded my car. It sounds corny but his willingness to take time to see me off was truly touching. The room itself was immaculately clean and the beds there are oh so soft. Aside from breakfast no longer being served due to Covid my stay was enjoyable in every possible way.
Rooms are clean and spacious not too many disturbances. Bathrooms are clean and all appliances work. A little pricey but worth it if needing a room for a night or two.
Over priced for a shower that don't drain, a toilet that don't flush, ceiling falling apart, molded, burnt sheets, and dirty sheets. Now I know why there is a big sign on the front door saying no refunds. You can drive a few minutes south for a cheaper cleaner hotel. O and the bed feels like you are sleeping on a box spring. Do not stay here unless you have money to waste with low standards. This room was supposed to be the king superior non smoking.
Overall it was a nice clean place. Just dealt with a broken toilet seat, toilet paper holder was broke, no extra toilet paper. Also they need to put grips on the bottom of the tub, very slippery.
