This is an amazing pharmacy with excellent customer service. If you’re insurance covers them consider yourself lucky and don’t think twice about using them. Our insurance company just ended their contract with Richie’s this month and now we have to find a new compounding pharmacy. It has been impossible to find one with the same service standards as Richie’s. Unfortunately people just don’t care about customer service anymore so when you find somewhere like Richie’s you should really appreciate it. Thank you Richie’s for taking such great care of us the last 6 months, we will miss working with you. The Joseph’s.

My doctor near Dallas sent a prescription to Richie’s for compounding, a few years ago. The staff is AMAZING and they ship to my door within 2 days, as well as contacting me about refills.

Doubled their price for a med but seems to be the raw materials going up so i guess they had to raise the price. They got me an alternative with another med that will do the same thing at half the cost. I wanted to amend my review and say like I said before the people I talk to on the phones are always helpful and very nice. Thanks

I have only been dealing with them for a short time . But my experience with them has been A, 1 , very satisfied with them.

Richies has a very good consumer service, will ship medication same day, make the whole process very smooth.
