I absolutely adore the management team at this facility. They have been nothing but friendly and kind since day one. Making me and my family feel as if we have been adopted into there family. The pricing is absolutely affordable. The location allows for a wonderful view of downtown Fort Worth. While maintaining a country vibe. I am glad I made the decision to rent from a family owned facility with family centered values.
The area is nice and quiet with a pretty view. There were some ethical issues involving a hurt child and the mother of the owner was rude to the father trying to see if his child was okay. The cops had to be called for a wellness check, and other issues on the tenants side I can not truthfully say what the reasoning was for. I had previously written a review of the park and was contacted by the owner, after saying I wouldn’t take it down that I had to stand by my beliefs, he then said “I’m a firm believer in karma. When possible I try to help her.” I don’t know what he was implying by this but I would not want to live somewhere where if I wrote a bad review, I was sent a vague threat.
Safe place with friendly owners. Knocked rating down 1 star as there is no shade but there is generally a breeze daily being at the top of the hill.
Basic park, affordable, owner on site. Lots of room for pets.
