This place is bad. Management is not maintaining the establishment. I can see where they have attempted upgrades but not enough! The outside looks like a dump. I stayed at this location 2 years ago what happened? It is the worse Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Believe me this one is bad. Look around before booking your stay!
Made reservations thru Hotels.com for suite. Specified 4 people. Special requests to make sure they would put 4 sets of towels. Of course, there would only be two sets in a double room. Confirmed twice that our room would be serviced the next day and please bring in an extra two sets. Well, we went out for the day and got backnthat evening and they had not serviced it. I assume with COVID they have become lazy. Why ask at check in if we’d like service if they won’t do it??
Room service off on weekends which is decently annoying. But other than that, the hotel was spectacular. Everything was clean and it looks very nice.
Nice staff, room was very nice with a comfy bec.
Hotel over charged my card then tried to deny doing so.
